Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, angina pectoris, insomnia and was treated with Mevalotin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic dissection, dehydration, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Mevalotin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, HALCION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
