Mevalotin Side Effects Report #4627793-2
Mevalotin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 10, 2005. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, gastric ulcer, constipation  and was treated with Mevalotin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, gastroenteritis , hepatic function abnormal, infection , renal impairment, rhabdomyolysis. Mevalotin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALSLOT, DOGMATYL, FAMOTIDINE, OXATOMIDE, ULGUT, PROMAC, ALOSENN, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia, gastritis, enterocolitis and was treated with Mevalotin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, fatigue, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, liver disorder, pneumonia .
