Mevalotin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 30, 2005. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, angina pectoris, insomnia and was treated with Mevalotin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic dissection, dehydration, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Mevalotin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, HALCION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
