Mevacor side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on June 18, 1991. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Mevacor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy, hepatic failure, hepatitis . Mevacor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/23/1991.

During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, DIABETA, PREMARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
