After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, constipation , diplopia, muscle spasms, oedema peripheral. Mevacor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral thrombosis, cerebrovascular accident, convulsion, dysarthria, fatigue, gait disturbance, grip strength decreased, hallucination, auditory, hemiplegia. Mevacor dosage: 80 MG. During the same period patient was treated with DIPYRIDAMOLE, FELODIPINE, METFORMIN, LASIX, ATENOLOL, PLAVIX. Patient recovered.
