Metvix side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Nov 05, 2007. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with actinic keratosis and was treated with Metvix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site reaction, blood glucose increased, chills, malaise, pain in extremity, pyrexia, skin reaction. Metvix dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Metvix side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on Jan 13, 2009. Male patient was treated with Metvix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalitis herpes, hyperpyrexia, malaise, pain
. Metvix dosage: (600 MG TOPICAL), (400 MG TOPICAL). During the same period patient was treated with SINTROM, CORDARONE, TENORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
