, analgesia and was treated with Metronidazolelet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, disorientation, metabolic acidosis, myocardial infarction. Metronidazolelet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, AUGMENTIN, GENTAMICIN, LEVOFLOXACIN, METOCLOPRAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
