Male patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation , asthma exercise induced and was treated with Metoprolol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , cardiac electrophysiologic study abnormal, cardioversion, surgery , wolff-parkinson-white syndrome. Metoprolol dosage: 15 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, ALBUTEROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
