Metopirone Side Effects Report #5022034-9
Metopirone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on May 31, 2006. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with ectopic acth syndrome and was treated with Metopirone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carcinoid tumour pulmonary, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia. Metopirone dosage: 750 MG/DAY. Patient died.
