Metopirone Side Effects Report #5234312-9
Metopirone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Jan 29, 2007. Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with cushing's syndrome and was treated with Metopirone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, c-reactive protein increased, carcinoid tumour pulmonary, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, pneumonia , pyrexia. Metopirone dosage: 750 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, SIGMART, DEPAKENE, ALOSENN, MICARDIS, NORVASC, ZYLORIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
