After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose increased, cardiac failure congestive, dehydration, hypotension, myocardial infarction, refusal of treatment by patient, renal failure acute, syncope. Metolazone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MICARDIS, COZAAR, LASIX, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, GLIPIZIDE, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
