Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with still's disease adult onset, juvenile arthritis and was treated with Methylprednisolo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood immunoglobulin g decreased, brain abscess, headache , lymphocyte count decreased, nocardiosis, vomiting. Methylprednisolo dosage: 1000 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, CYCLOSPORINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
