Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and was treated with Methylprednisolo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood creatinine increased, circulatory collapse, clonus, depressed level of consciousness, haemorrhagic diathesis, liver disorder, microangiopathic haemolytic anaemia. Methylprednisolo dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
