Methylprednisolo side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 17, 2005. Female patient, child 3 years of age, weighting 33.07 lb, was diagnosed with toxic epidermal necrolysis, haemorrhage and was treated with Methylprednisolo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, anaemia, blister, blood electrolytes abnormal, blood pressure decreased, haemorrhage, hepatic congestion, hepatic function abnormal, hypoproteinaemia. Methylprednisolo dosage: 125 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, DALTEPARIN, HEPARIN, NAFAMOSTAT MESILATE. Patient died.
