After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , chronic hepatitis, hepatitis c , sinusitis , vein disorder. Methylphyenidate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITALIN. Patient died on 02/16/2005.
