Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with narcolepsy, anxiety  and was treated with Methylphenidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , suicidal ideation. Methylphenidate dosage: 5MG AM AND NOON ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BUSPIRONE, PAXIL, CONJUGATED ESTROGEN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, TRAZODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
