Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and was treated with Methylphenidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, chest pain What is  chest pain. Methylphenidate dosage: unknown. Patient died on 12/17/2005.
