Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with psychomotor retardation, tachycardia and was treated with Methylphenidate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block second degree, cardiac arrest , hypotension, supraventricular tachycardia. Methylphenidate dosage: 5 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, TACROLIMUS, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISONE, DOPAMINE, VALGANCICLOVIR, ERYTHOPOIETIN, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
