Methylergonovine Side Effects Report #5563349-5
Methylergonovine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 10, 2007. Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Methylergonovine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, mitral valve incompetence, mitral valve replacement, pulmonary arterial pressure increased. Methylergonovine dosage: 0.4 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with ACE INHIBITOR NOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
