Methylergonovine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 10, 2007. Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Methylergonovine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, blood pressure decreased, chest pain What is  chest pain, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram st segment depression, mitral valve incompetence. Methylergonovine dosage: 0.4 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with BETA BLOCKING AGENTS, ANGIOTENSIN II ANTAGONISTS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
