Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with diagnostic procedure and was treated with Methylene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arachnoiditis, cauda equina syndrome, faecal incontinence, gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, iatrogenic injury, pain , sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence . Methylene dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with cystoscopy and was treated with Methylene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoaesthesia, infusion site extravasation, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, procedural complication, skin discolouration. Methylene dosage: 10 ML; INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, VERSED, PROPOFOL. Patient recovered.
