Methylene side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 20, 2006. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with scan parathyroid and was treated with Methylene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, agitation, blood calcium decreased, blood lactic acid increased, bundle branch block left, cardiac disorder, cardiac output decreased, chills, confusional state. Methylene dosage: 650 MG DAILY IV. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, QUININE SULPHATE, OMEPRAZOLE, CLOPIDOGREL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ALFACALCIDOL, CITALOPRAM, ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METHYLENE BLUE, INSULIN, QUININE SULPHATE, OMEPRAZOLE, CLOPIDOGREL, ATORVASTATIN, ALFACALCIDOL, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
