Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 191.6 lb, was diagnosed with parathyroidectomy and was treated with Methylene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia
, blood calcium decreased, blood glucose increased, confusional state, delayed recovery from anaesthesia, nystagmus, white blood cell count increased. Methylene dosage: 7.5 MG/KG. During the same period patient was treated with MEBEVERINE, VENLAFAXINE, FERROUS SULPHATE. Patient recovered.Methylene Side Effects Report #5316477-3

, confusional state, encephalopathy, lethargy, post procedural complication, vertigo. Methylene dosage: 5 MG/KG IV. During the same period patient was treated with DOLASETRON, FENTANYL, GLYCOPYRROLATE, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, MIDAZOLAM, MIVACURIUM, PROPOFOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
