After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: developmental delay, epilepsy

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apgar score low, base excess negative, blood ph decreased, blood pressure inadequately controlled, caesarean section, foetal growth retardation, neonatal disorder, premature baby.
