Methyldopa side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 10, 2008. Female patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Methyldopa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure inadequately controlled, caesarean section, condition aggravated, foetal distress syndrome, foetal hypokinesia, hypertensive nephropathy, iga nephropathy. Methyldopa dosage: 1500 MG/DAILY PO, 375 MG/DAILY PO. Patient recovered.
