After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure inadequately controlled, caesarean section, condition aggravated, foetal distress syndrome, foetal hypokinesia, hypertensive nephropathy, iga nephropathy. Methyldopa dosage: 1500 MG/DAILY PO, 375 MG/DAILY PO. Patient recovered.
