Methotrexateecti side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from PORTUGAL on Dec 31, 2007. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against graft versus host disease and was treated with Methotrexateecti. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: 5'nucleotidase increased, acute graft versus host disease in skin, alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anti-platelet antibody positive, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased. Methotrexateecti dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, PREDNISONE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, BACTRIM, ACYCLOVIR, MIANSERINE, FOLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
