Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 22, 2007. Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , pruritus, rash , urticaria. Methocarbamol dosage: 500MG PRN PO. Patient recovered.

Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2009. Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 168.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, pruritus, respiratory depression, urticaria. Methocarbamol dosage: 750 MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
