After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , poisoning , respiratory arrest. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCODONE, OLANZAPINE, ZOLPIDEM, MODAFINIL, ANTIHISTAMINES, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE. Patient died.
