Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 211.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nausea , rash maculo-papular. Methocarbamol dosage: 500 MG PRN PO. Patient recovered.

Methocarbamol dosage: 500 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
