Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 213.8 lb, was diagnosed with pain What is  pain, muscle spasms, arthritis What is  arthritis, osteoporosis What is  osteoporosis, migraine What is  migraine, depression What is  depression and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carpal tunnel syndrome What is  carpal tunnel syndrome, chest pain What is  chest pain, deep vein thrombosis What is  deep vein thrombosis, fibromyalgia, headache What is  headache, sleep apnoea syndrome. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PREMARIN, ULTRACET, SKELAXIN, VIOXX, FOSAMAX, VERAPAMIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
