Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 31, 2005. Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 213.8 lb, was diagnosed with pain , muscle spasms, arthritis , osteoporosis , migraine , depression  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carpal tunnel syndrome , chest pain , deep vein thrombosis , fibromyalgia, headache , sleep apnoea syndrome. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PREMARIN, ULTRACET, SKELAXIN, VIOXX, FOSAMAX, VERAPAMIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: headache , pruritus, rash , urticaria. Methocarbamol dosage: 500MG PRN PO. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 231.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness , fall , headache , loss of consciousness, stomach discomfort, syncope. Methocarbamol dosage: 750 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CLONIDINE, FOLIC ACID, OMEPRAZOLE, RISPERIDINE, FLUOXETINE, ATENOLOL, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
