After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, confusional state, disorientation, fall What is  fall, hallucination, hypoxia, mental status changes. Methocarbamol dosage: 1000 MG PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
