Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, back pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, confusional state, disorientation, fall , hallucination, hypoxia, mental status changes. Methocarbamol dosage: 1000 MG PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness , fall , headache , loss of consciousness, stomach discomfort, syncope. Methocarbamol dosage: 750 MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, CLONIDINE, FOLIC ACID, OMEPRAZOLE, RISPERIDINE, FLUOXETINE, ATENOLOL, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
