Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 95.00 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, feeling cold, nausea , palpitations. Methocarbamol dosage: 500MG THREE TIMES DAILY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, atrioventricular block complete, chest pain , dyspnoea, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, myocardial infarction, ventricular hypokinesia. Methocarbamol dosage: 300 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
