and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain
, carpal tunnel syndrome
, chest pain
, chills, coronary artery disease
, coronary artery occlusion, dysphagia, dysphonia, dyspnoea. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SKELAXIN, SONATA, TOBRADEX, VIOXX, IBUPROFEN, NEURONTIN, ESTRATEST, ESTRADIOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
