Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 03, 2008. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, back pain What is  back pain and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, confusional state, disorientation, fall What is  fall, hallucination, hypoxia, mental status changes. Methocarbamol dosage: 1000 MG PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
