, muscle spasms, arthritis
, osteoporosis
, migraine
, depression
and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carpal tunnel syndrome
, chest pain
, deep vein thrombosis
, fibromyalgia, headache
, sleep apnoea syndrome. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PREMARIN, ULTRACET, SKELAXIN, VIOXX, FOSAMAX, VERAPAMIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
