Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 22, 2005. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with back pain , shoulder pain and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, chest pain , coronary artery disease , dizziness , essential hypertension, fatigue, hypoaesthesia, hypotension, myocardial infarction. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, VIOXX, ZOCOR, NEXIUM, AMBIEN, XANAX, ALLEGRA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia, eye infection , back pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , carpal tunnel syndrome , chest pain , chills, coronary artery disease , coronary artery occlusion, dysphagia, dysphonia, dyspnoea. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SKELAXIN, SONATA, TOBRADEX, VIOXX, IBUPROFEN, NEURONTIN, ESTRATEST, ESTRADIOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
