Methocarbamol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 31, 2005. Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 213.8 lb, was diagnosed with pain , muscle spasms, arthritis , osteoporosis , migraine , depression  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carpal tunnel syndrome , chest pain , deep vein thrombosis , fibromyalgia, headache , sleep apnoea syndrome. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PREMARIN, ULTRACET, SKELAXIN, VIOXX, FOSAMAX, VERAPAMIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with insomnia, eye infection , back pain  and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , carpal tunnel syndrome , chest pain , chills, coronary artery disease , coronary artery occlusion, dysphagia, dysphonia, dyspnoea. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SKELAXIN, SONATA, TOBRADEX, VIOXX, IBUPROFEN, NEURONTIN, ESTRATEST, ESTRADIOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
