After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , respiratory arrest. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, METHADONE, LORAZEPAM, CORTICOSTEROID NOS, FLECAINIDE ACETATE, METOLAZONE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE. Patient died.
