, shoulder pain and was treated with Methocarbamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, chest pain
, coronary artery disease
, dizziness
, essential hypertension, fatigue, hypoaesthesia, hypotension, myocardial infarction. Methocarbamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, VIOXX, ZOCOR, NEXIUM, AMBIEN, XANAX, ALLEGRA. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
