After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cardiac failure, electrocardiogram st segment depression, hypokinesia, pneumothorax, tachycardia, troponin i increased, ventricular hypokinesia. Methergine dosage: 0.2 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. Patient recovered.
