Methergine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Nov 14, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with caesarean section, anaesthesia and was treated with Methergine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation. Methergine dosage: 0.8 MG. During the same period patient was treated with BENTELAN, CHLORIDE, ATROPINE SULPHATE, SYNTOCINON, BUPIVACAINE, EMAGEL, GLUCOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/31/2008.
