Methadose Side Effects Report #4986316-9
Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 10, 2006. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , breakthrough pain, sleep disorder  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, blood sodium decreased, lethargy, listless, mental status changes, miosis, somnolence. Methadose dosage: 40 MG, TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, LORTAB, LASIX, POTASSIUM, ASPIRIN, CELEXA, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , breakthrough pain, insomnia and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium increased, blood sodium decreased, lethargy, listless, mental status changes, miosis, somnolence. Methadose dosage: 40 MG, TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, LORTAB, ASPIRIN, CELEXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, respiratory arrest, somnolence. Methadose dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/06/2005.
