Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 19, 2007. Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 261.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , breakthrough pain, hypertension, muscle spasms, anxiety  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, hypotension, influenza, insomnia, lethargy, meningococcal infection, pneumonia , somnolence. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, TENORMIN, LIORESAL, KLONOPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, meningococcal infection, pneumonia , virus serology test positive. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, TENORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anoxic encephalopathy, cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, pneumonia , sinus bradycardia. Methadose dosage: 130 MG, Q DAY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, TRAZODONE, OLANZAPINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anoxic encephalopathy, cardiac arrest , neurological symptom, pneumonia , sinus bradycardia. Methadose dosage: 130 MG, Q DAY, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE, FLUOXETINE, TRAZODONE, OLANZAPINE. Patient died.
