Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 28, 2006. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , metastatic renal cell carcinoma and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose abnormal, dehydration, diarrhoea, malaise, nausea , oral intake reduced. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC, METFORMIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, SELOKEEN, NORVASC, PANTOZOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram u-wave abnormality, fall , fatigue, nausea , torsade de pointes. Methadose dosage: 60 MG, QD. Patient recovered.

Methadose dosage: 160 MG, QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with GRISEOFULVIN, CODEINE, OXYCODONE, CYPROHEPTADINE, HYOSCINE HYT, TRAIMCINOLONE ACETONIDE, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
