Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 12, 2005. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, completed suicide, grand mal convulsion, ill-defined disorder, loss of consciousness, myocardial infarction, respiratory arrest. Methadose dosage: 100 MG, QID, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, TIZANIDINE, BENADRYL, DESIPRAMIDE, SYNTHROID, VITAMIN, NICORETTE. Patient died on 11/23/2004.

Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 235.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction, respiratory distress. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, MAXZIDE, VICODIN, LISINOPRIL, TEMAZEPAM. Patient died on 09/03/2004.

During the same period patient was treated with PROVIGIL, POTASSIUM, PRILOSEC, FLOMAX. Patient died on 12/01/2006.

Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHADOSE METHADONE HY ORAL CON USP, ALPRAZOLAM, FLUOXETINE. Patient died on 03/04/2001.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, asthenia, cardiac aneurysm, hallucination, myocardial infarction. Methadose dosage: 1000 MG, Q D, PO. During the same period patient was treated with HEROIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
