Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 04, 2005. Female patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 15.00 lb, was diagnosed with poisoning  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, bradypnoea, cyanosis, glasgow coma scale abnormal, loss of consciousness, mydriasis, narcotic intoxication. Methadose dosage: 10-15 MG, ONE TIME ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, completed suicide, grand mal convulsion, ill-defined disorder, loss of consciousness, myocardial infarction, respiratory arrest. Methadose dosage: 100 MG, QID, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, TIZANIDINE, BENADRYL, DESIPRAMIDE, SYNTHROID, VITAMIN, NICORETTE. Patient died on 11/23/2004.
