Methadose Side Effects Report #4801928-0
Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 27, 2005. Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, fatigue, flushing, vomiting. Methadose dosage: 40 MG QAM, 20 MG QHS. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE. Patient died on 05/19/2005.

Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, fatigue, flushing, pulmonary oedema, sudden onset of sleep, ventricular hypertrophy. Methadose dosage: 40 MG Q AM, PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE, COCAINE AND OPIATES. Patient died on 05/19/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram u-wave abnormality, fall , fatigue, nausea , torsade de pointes. Methadose dosage: 60 MG, QD. Patient recovered.

Methadose side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWITZERLAND on Aug 30, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with hiv infection , anxiety disorder and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, asthenia, blood electrolytes decreased, fatigue, palpitations, torsade de pointes, weight decreased. Methadose dosage: 75 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE, DIDANOSINE, FOSAMPRENAVIR, LOPINAVIR W, METHYLPHENIDATE, OXAZEPAM, PAROXETIN, TIPRANAVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
