Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 11, 2005. Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with dependence and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, fall , head injury, heart rate decreased, loss of consciousness, syncope, tonic clonic movements. Methadose dosage: 450 MG, Q D. During the same period patient was treated with FLUVOXAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, dizziness , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrocardiogram u-wave abnormality, fall , fatigue, nausea , torsade de pointes. Methadose dosage: 60 MG, QD. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood potassium decreased, fall , mobility decreased, myalgia, paralytic disability, rib fracture. Methadose dosage: 230MG QD, 12 TABS IN AM + 11 TABS IN PM, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM, METFORMIN, CALCIUM CITRATE, VITAMIN D, PROZAC, WELLBUTRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Methadose dosage: 80 MG, Q, D, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COCAINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
