and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, bradycardia, cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy
, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrolyte imbalance, extrasystoles, hyperhidrosis, hypocalcaemia. Methadose dosage: 140 MG Q 6 HR PO. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, IV HYDRATION, IV HYDROMORPHONE, IBUPROFEN, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, SPINAL ANALGESIA. Patient was hospitalized.
