Methadose and extrasystoles Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Methadose Side Effects Report #4700950-2
Methadose side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on June 13, 2005. Male patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, bradycardia, cardiac valve disease, cardiomyopathy , electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, electrolyte imbalance, extrasystoles, hyperhidrosis, hypocalcaemia. Methadose dosage: 140 MG Q 6 HR PO. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, IV HYDRATION, IV HYDROMORPHONE, IBUPROFEN, KETOROLAC TROMETHAMINE, SPINAL ANALGESIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , bradycardia, cardiomyopathy , electrocardiogram qt prolonged, extrasystoles, palpitations, syncope, ventricular extrasystoles. Methadose dosage: 150 MG, QD ~ ONE YEAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 13, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, extrasystoles, loss of consciousness, pulse absent, syncope, torsade de pointes, tremor, vomiting. Methadose dosage: 135 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
