Methadose side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 08, 2005. Male patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , dental treatment and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardiomegaly, cyanosis, dyspnoea. Methadose dosage: 400 MG QD, PO. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE, PAROXEITNE, VENLAFAXINE, MIRTAZAPINE, DOXEPIN. Patient died on 03/01/2005.

Methadose side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 09, 2006. Male patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with detoxification and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, csf protein increased, csf white blood cell count increased, disorientation, dyspnoea, headache , lethargy, miosis, red blood cells csf positive. Methadose dosage: 40 MG, PO. During the same period patient was treated with VENLAFAXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 41 years of age, weighting 265.0 lb, was diagnosed with dependence, depression  and was treated with Methadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, cardiomegaly, coronary artery atherosclerosis, coronary artery occlusion, dyspnoea, hypertension. Methadose dosage: 80 MG, Q D, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT. Patient died on 02/22/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anger, dyspnoea, hypoventilation, incoherent, loss of consciousness. Methadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, PERCOCET, TRAZODONE, MUSCLE RELAXANTS. Patient recovered.
